Boomerangs

A boomerang is a flying tool with a curved shape used as a weapon by Australian Aboriginals. Our boomerangs range from 6 inch to 18 inch and are made of Australian Hardwood. We also have a plywood range of boomerangs which range from 12 inch to 18 inch. Stands are available to display your boomerangs on.

Didgeridoos & Accessories

A Didgeridoo is a unique wind instrument. The timber is generally native Australian Eucalypt which has been hollowed out by localized termites. Once felled the out back is stripped away and the Didg is sanded smooth. The artwork on the didgeridoo is individually hand painted and signed by the artist. Our Australian made didgeridoos range from 60cm to 1.3metre.

We also have carry bags for didgeridoos to make carrying your didgeridoo around a lot easier.. Our didgeridoo wax kits come in 100g container. This is another product that is highly recommended with a purchase of a didgeridoo. If there is any future wear and tear to your mouth piece you will have a wax kit to repair the mouth piece.

Don’t know how to play a didgeridoo??? Our easy guide didgeridoo book and CD provides all the instructions and information you need to become a fantastic didgeridoo player. We provide wooden single didgeridoo stand for your customer to be able to display their new didgeridoo in a room nicely. Our bamboo didgeridoo is perfect as a small souvenir, its light and can fit easily into a suitcase.    

Music Sticks

The music stick (also known as clapstick) was used by Aboriginals in Ceremonies. The music stick were used to tap on the ground as well as against the didgeridoo. This would create a beat within the sound of the didgeridoo. Crafted out of Australian Hardwood our music stick range from 22cm to 25cm in length. Our music sticks are painted in 2 different designs, a contemporary and a traditional design.

Bullroarers

Historically used by tribal aboriginals in many areas. When spun on the end of a string it produces a deep roaring sound which carries over a long distance. Sometimes referred to as a ‘bush telephone’. Made of Australian Hardwood timber our bullroarers range from 16cm to 26cm and come in both contemporary and traditional art.     

Emu Callers

The emu caller is part of a branch of a tree that has been eaten out by termites. To call the emus, simply bang the flat palm of your hand on the end to mimic the unique sound made by the emu. Our emu callers range from 25cm to 30cm in length and can be purchased either lacquered or with a resin coat applied. We also sell emu caller stands to display the emu callers on.

Emu Eggs

Every emu egg is individually hollowed from the inside then painted by our Australian Aboriginal artist. The artwork on our Emu Eggs has been hand painted using traditional aboriginal art. The emu, Australia’s national bird emblem, is our largest bird and stand 2 meters high. Supplied in a corrugated cardboard box with lid the emu egg can be purchased with lacquered or resin coated.

Canvases

We have a extensive range of canvases which come in all different shapes and sizes. We have hand painted canvases from as small as 10x10cm to as large as 60 x 45cm in stock. We can also make canvases to suit the customer, weather it be a certain size, color or design. Our canvases come both stretched and framed. We also have a range of fine art canvases painted by our exclusive artist Gail Van Zant.

Rock Art

Our rock art is hand painted by 2 exclusive artists, Arthur Conlon and Gail Van Zant. The hands painted designs come from artist depictions of authentic paintings found on a rock walls and in caves all over Australia. Every painting tells a story weather its men hunting or Kangaroos hopping through the wilderness. You can also purchase the rock art loose in a polystyrene bag and information card.

Ceramics

We have an extensive range of ceramics from our popular tiny sandstone pots to our beautiful terracotta vases. Each product is individually hand painted by our Australian Aboriginal artist. Our Sandstone pots come in servealy shapes and sizes, from round, rectangle, square and even a boomerang shaped ceramic pot. Our Terracotta ashtray have always been very popular coming in two different designs.

We have triangle shaped plates which come in 2 different sizes, 10cm and 19cm. Our round plates from in 2 different designs and 3 different sizes. We also sell black plastic plate stands to display your plates or ashtray with.

Magnets

We have an amazing range of resin coated magnets which are manufactured in our factory. They come in 4 different shapes and over 40 different designs. Weather your looking for the Australian Flag or an aboriginal design we’ve got it. We can also provide custom made magnets.  

Dreamtime Opal Australia

We have an amazing range of Opal Chip product from Earings, Pendants, Initial Pendants, Pendant Cords, Brooches, Hat Pins, Keyrings, Initial Keyrings, Mobile Phone Cords which come in all your well know Australian animals/icons. Display stands are available which are supplied free of charge when you full stock our Opal range. 

Custom Made Products

Memories of Australia are the manufacturers. All our Australian made timber, ceramics and magnets products are all made in our factory. If you wish to have custom design product designed specifically to your requirements we have the facilities to accomplish this.  

Check out the custom made magnets which were designed specifically for a customer. We refer to it as our Logo range. More suited to corporate or theme parks it is quite simple. Just send us a JPEG of your company logo and let us take care of the rest. We’ll send you proofs and/or counter production samples for your approval prior to commencing production.
